    The serene atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.

    I faced several disappointments . The minibar in my suite was not functioning properly, and it was annoying to receive lukewarm drinks every time I ordered. The dining experience was less than ideal. Drinks, including water, come with extra charges, unexpected at this price point. After 7 PM, the entire resort felt lifeless, with no activities or entertainment available .

    Enjoyed this well-maintained hotel, easy to find, with EXCELLENT CO-OPERATING staff with the general manager and the head chef. The location was unbeatable and incredible, to everything that's happening around and the interior design was modern.

    I was really let down by the pool situation-it was advertised as heated, but honestly, it felt freezing! No one could really enjoy it, which was a major bummer for our vacation vibe. Totally not what we expected!

    Wow, what an amazing getaway! Just an hour drive from Cairo, the location couldn't be better. With a fine view of lush greens, golf courses, and the sea, I felt completely relaxed. The pool was massive, and I loved the variety of activities available, from the beach to the spa. The friendly staff was super accommodating, making daily life easy-peasy, and I especially appreciated the dedicated children's activities that kept the little ones entertained!

    Wonderful place, it was perfectly clean and had excellent and wonderfully friendly staff at our request-again excellent service. A wide range of fine food, we loved it. This accommodation was in the remote location to everything that's happening around.

    A very good breakfast and dinner. The rooms are beautiful. No noise. The kindness of the waiters.

    For the price we pay 150 euros per night we don't have the service corresponding to this price. For the same price you can drive 400 km more and have for the same price the all inclusive, animation and theater at the steigenberger... This jaz hotel is always empty, the beach is deserted. You have to come in groups to pass the time.

    really good, really good, really good

    The atmosphere was serene, and I loved the pristine outdoor swimming pool that overlooked the beach. The infinity pool offers amazing views while you soak in the sun on the sun terrace. The dining experience was good with an really good variety of dishes that catered to all tastes.

    Amazing stay with awesome staff!

    Just spent 3 nights and it was fantastic! The pool area was super relaxing, and the staff was so friendly, especially Ahmed at reception. The restaurant had so many delicious options, and I loved the evening snacks they offered. Just wish the wifi was a lil' better. A perfect family getaway!
